It's mainly swelling that is preventing your knee from bending, so concentrate more on reducing that, with plenty of rest, ice and elevation, and far fewer exercises.
Feb 7, 2014 · Post-MUA, you will need to be very careful. You have to keep the knee from getting inflamed. Therefore a wee bit of effort at a time spread over the day is plenty. You will not need to do strengthening exercises. That can come later, and they will only contribute to the inflammation.

Dec 13, 2012 · After Mua my whole leg has loosened up but I am a lot weaker in the leg,the knee is swollen and i have some additional knee pain. As before MUA not only was I stiff in the knee but the other leg muscles in particular, my calf muscles were stiff. Under MUA the OS got 120 ROM and before I left hospital I did get 90 ROM.
